About Us

The Greensboro Blazers Track Club is a non-profit; youth track club that serve youths ages 5-18 in the Greensboro Triad Area. Our coaching staff has over 10 decades of combined experience training athletes in both the high school and AAU settings.

We will give each student athlete the opportunity to learn the skills of his or her event(s). They will also learn how to apply themselves through a program that builds character through TEAMWORK, SELF-DISCIPLINE, EFFORT, and FOCUS. Most importantly, they will be encouraged to strive for and accomplish every goal they set.

Track and Field is a sport where athletes have the opportunity to compete against themselves. They will get a chance to improve and set new personal records (P.R.) each time they race, jump, vault, or throw. Track and Field is a mental sport that builds character. Being a member of the Greensboro Blazers is a privilege and a worthwhile endeavor that will create lifelong lessons for each individual athlete.

Our History

The Greensboro Blazers were birthed out of the Greensboro Warriors. When the team disbanded, Coach Devin Baker started the Greensboro Blazers, with eight athletes, in 2005. With the assistance of an experienced and dedicated coaching staff, the team has grown and assumed a family-like atmosphere.

Our theme, “We are more than a track team, we are family” is lived out every season.
